The Innovation Directory enables members to view other member's expertise and contact each other in view to
commissioning services or obtaining expert advice. This is the only section of the Bank where members can contact
each other directly, without using an Expression of Interest feature.

Placing, viewing or responding to Innovation Requests takes place through your own admin area. Any member
can send an innovation request or design request to any other membership group. Responses come back direct to
your admin area. Innovation Requests sent to you also come into your admin area. As a condition of membership any
responses to your own outgoing Innovation Requests must be acknowledged within 20 working days.
